All purchases of physical products and digital products through the Site are subject to the following:
You may not purchase products if you are prohibited by applicable law from doing so, or if the products are not available in your geographic region.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or reject any order, even after an order confirmation has been sent.
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the amount displayed at the time of your order, plus applicable taxes and shipping fees.
If a pricing or availability error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, if necessary, cancel affected orders.
8. Licensing of Digital Products
When you purchase a digital product or software from 2KR Systems, LLC, you are acquiring a license to use that product, not ownership of it. All references to "sale" or "purchase" of digital products refer to the grant of a license.
You agree to comply with all applicable license terms. All intellectual property rights in digital products remain with 2KR Systems, LLC or its licensors.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs for physical products are your responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when products are delivered to the carrier. Estimated shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed, and we are not liable for shipping delays.
10. Payment
By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount due, including applicable taxes. You agree to provide accurate and current billing information and to promptly update it as needed. We reserve the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time. All prices are subject to change; any price change will apply only to orders placed after the change takes effect.
11. Returns and Refunds
Physical products may be returned under the following conditions:
Items must be new, unused, and in original, unopened packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Contact us at info@2krsystems.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any item back. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the shipping label.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any applicable insurance.
Digital products are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you believe you have received a defective or misdescribed digital product, please contact us at info@2krsystems.com within 7 days of purchase.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for third-party sites or their content. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's terms and conditions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with proceedings conducted in Rochester, New Hampshire. Each party waives the right to a jury trial and agrees not to participate in any class action proceeding.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
